A view of the historic Dalkey Island or Oileán Dheilginse - 'Thorn Island' from Dillon Park in the village Dalkey in south County Dublin. The island features an historic ruin of St Begnets church and a Napoleonic era fort and Martello tower. Its inhabited only by seals and wild goats and is accessible by a small ferry from Coliemore Harbour nearby.
